The opportunity:
To analyze, advise & implement integrated HR solutions, the company strategy & our policies, we are looking for an experienced ''HRBP South Region'' with a solid experience and strong business acumen.
The HR Team:
HR business partners (3FTE), HR Admin. team(2FTE), Payroll specialists (2FTE) & Recruiter (1FTE)).
You will report directly to the HR Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a sparring partner for the management to identify business needs.
• Strategic thinker in terms of solutions and possibilities.
• Translate business initiatives and trends to design and implement the people agenda for the assigned teams (internal mobility, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment activities, HR governance, retention, engagement, talent management, organizational development, the on-boarding).
• Build high performing teams by proactively providing coaching & support.
• Provide solicited & unsolicited recommendations to improve policies and processes.
• Actively participate in HR initiatives (i.e., employee engagement, performance management, development, and vitality & wellbeing) & project.
• Support and facilitate the development of people management skills of our managers
• keep up to date with regulatory requirements, propose and establish concrete plans for changes.
• Be the point of contact for all employees regarding human resources matters.

We perfectly match if:
you have

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an (international is a +) HR department.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
• Pre if knowledge of employment law of 1 of 3 following countries; Spain, Italy or France.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

• Live within a reasonable travelling distance from Alphen aan den Rijn & feel at home in an international environment.
• Have the ability to connect easily on all levels.
• Are fluent in English and French or Italian or Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Have a pragmatic can-do attitude.
